Nvidia CUDA Toolkit 3.1 - with Fermi card optimizations

The latest Nvidia "Fermi" GPUs (Graphical Processing Units) are making their way to the stores now by way of the latest Nvidia Graphics Cards that are definitely worth a look if it has been over a year since you upgraded your graphics card - the processing power per watt now is just unbelievable!  And, the latest Nvidia CUDA Toolkit 3.1 release has some features specific to the new Fermi cards
